LIMITED WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Jump Starter Australia. We are committed to providing reliable and high-quality products. In order to ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following limited warranty for our Jump Starters:

Coverage: Jump Starter Australia warrants this Jump Starter to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the product. Additionally, the warranty will be void if the product has been repaired, serviced, or modified by anyone other than Jump Starter Australia technical staff or a Jump Starter Australia authorised repairer.

Battery Warranty:

The warranty for the battery is subject to specific conditions. It will be void if any of the following situations occur:

• Overcharging or undercharging due to operator negligence.

• Incorrect jump-starting procedures that cause damage to the battery.

• Recharging the jump starter with a non-original and/or unapproved 240V AC charger.

• Using the battery for applications that require higher cranking power or greater reserve rating than the battery is designed to deliver, or using the Battery and/or Booster Pac for applications for which it was not designed.

• Leaving the Booster Pac in a discharged state.

• Overcharging the batteries using the 12V DC male-to-male extension cigarette plug lead.

  If the battery or batteries are found to be faulty due to reasons other than negligence or abuse, Jump Starter Australia will provide a credit or replacement. The cost of the battery and/or batteries will be prorated on an escalating basis to the purchaser. The proration will be calculated based on a 12-month period from the date of purchase, increasing in 1/12th increments monthly, up to the retail price set by Jump Starter Australia.

AC 240V Recharger: 

The warranty for the AC 240V recharger is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. The recharger is intended solely for recharging the Booster and should not be used for car batteries. The warranty does not apply if the charger has been subjected to a voltage surge or damaged as a result of being dropped or misused.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

 To obtain warranty service, you can either drop in to our warehouse or deliver the Jump Starter, complete with its AC charger and proof of purchase, to the following address:
