Return Policy

At Jump Starter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Our Returns Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@jump-starter.com.au. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refund

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty and subject to a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims


We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you need to exchange an item under warranty, please contact our customer service team at sales@jump-starter.com.au or call us on (02) 8917 2028 before sending your item back to our warehouse at Unit 19, 30 Heathcote Road, Moorebank NSW 2170.

Shipping Return Items

When returning an item for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item under warranty claim, your shipping costs will be refunded if the claim is approved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Sometimes parcels do get lost in transit.
